Cancellation/No Show Policy:
To ensure timely access for all guests and to respect our providers’ schedules, we enforce a 48-Hour Cancellation/No Show Policy at Haus of Confidence. Failure to attend or cancel an appointment within 48 hours will incur the following charges automatically billed to the credit card on file:

Clients with three instances of no-show or late cancellation will be required to prepay for future services upon booking, with prepaid amounts being nonrefundable if policy violations occur. Rescheduling prior to 48 hours of the appointment allows credited amounts for future services.
We highly value our providers’ time, considering their tight schedules and the substantial waiting list for appointments. Last-minute cancellations prevent us from filling these gaps. Your understanding of our policy enables us to maintain the highest service standards for you and future clients, while also respecting our team’s time.

Refund Policy:
We do not provide refunds for rendered services, as aesthetic outcomes vary among individuals and desired results cannot be guaranteed. Clients are responsible for additional treatments required to achieve desired results.
Retail: Product purchases are non-refundable. Defective products may be exchanged within 14 days for the same item only.
Gift Certificates: Non-refundable.
Children Policy:
While we adore babies and children, we kindly request that childcare arrangements be made prior to your appointment to ensure their safety and maintain a relaxing environment for all clients.
Pet Policy:
Although we cherish animals, we ask that you refrain from bringing your pets to Haus of Confidence. Should you arrive with a non-service animal, we will kindly request its removal from our facility to prevent disruption or inconvenience to others.
